No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances. Open only to legal residents of the listed Florida counties who are homeowners, 21 years or older, and able to lawfully possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local law. The firearm will be awarded and transferred only through a licensed FFL dealer after all required background checks are completed; if the winner cannot lawfully take possession, an alternate prize or winner may be selected.
