These Terms apply to ar-15free.com, the giveaway promotion, and the AllSolar Energy text messaging program, provided by AllSolar Energy, Inc. ("AllSolar," "we," "us"), a Florida licensed contractor (CVC056660) at 4205 St Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771.
Giveaway framework
No purchase necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
- Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the listed Florida counties who are homeowners, 21 years of age or older, and able to lawfully possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Free entry: submitting the entry form enters you at no cost. A brief optional phone conversation about our services is requested but is not required to enter or win.
- Prize transfer: any firearm prize will be awarded and transferred only through a licensed FFL dealer after all required background checks are completed. If a selected entrant cannot lawfully take possession, an alternate prize or entrant may be selected at our discretion.
- Void where prohibited. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any firearm manufacturer.
- Full official rules, including entry period, drawing date, and prize details, are provided by AllSolar Energy and govern the promotion.
Text messaging program (SMS Terms)
AllSolar Energy sends messages about your entry and home energy savings to entrants who opt in.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS box on the entry form at ar-15free.com. Consent is not required to enter, win, or buy anything.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP; you will get one final confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, call 866-412-4218, or email info@allsolarenergy.com.
As described in our Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
